All faculty submitting New Course Proposals or Revising Existing Courses are STRONGLY ADVISED to make use of the College’s Student Activity Calculator. Your School GCC reps will assist you prior to final course proposal submission. Courses that incorporate the completed PDF confirmation from the College’s Student Activity Estimator into their PDF syllabus submission will benefit from far speedier consideration by GCC members.
In due course, GCC has been informed that the College’s Student Activity Estimator will become part of all course proposal and amendment submissions. For now, this notification remains a strong "recommendation."
