This guide consists of relevant materials in both print and electronic format available in or through the CSS Library. Use it as a starting point for your research.

This guide was compiled by Todd White, Reference Librarian at The College of St. Scholastica. Mr. White also teaches, along with Dr. William Hodapp & Ms. Meridith Schifsky, The Book in the 15th Century, an Honors class that offers students a hands-on experience in learning about, and creating, books as they were 500 years ago.
