Learn about the Dignitas Program at The College of St. Scholastica.

Dignitas Labs

Dignitas Labs are exciting opportunities for first-year students to engage in learning opportunities outside the traditional classroom.  The Dignitas Lab course offerings are varied and allow students to connect with CSS faculty, staff, and students.  These labs help to develop critical thinking skills and facilitate the integration of knowledge and learning.

Requirements: Dignitas students are required to attend 6 Dignitas Labs during your first year.

  • Dignity
  • Diversity
  • Benedictine Tradition and Values
  • Catholic Social Thought
  • Catholic Intellectual Tradition

After attending a lab:  Students are required to fill out the Dignitas Lab Reflection form and turn it into their respective professor.

Sign Up:  Students can view the Dignitas Lab offerings using the calendar below.  Please note that this calendar is updated regularly and new labs may be added throughout the semester.  Labs with limited seating require you to sign up in advance. If no sign-up button is shown, feel free to attend without signing up.
